Each entry will receive one (1) exhibitor pass.
As an entrant, you accept all responsibility and liability for your person, your vehicle, displays, and related items before, during, and after show hours.
TITLE staff reserves the right to photograph, video, film, or reproduce any entry or person for any future use at no compensation to entry owner. By completing registration and entering the event, the entrant surrenders all claims.
Entrant may not move show vehicle during show hours.
All entries must be registered at the show table by the end of the registration time.
Spaces are first come, first serve
Displays are meant to enhance the appearance of that entry and protect the entry from the general public. Displays used for other means may be removed (this is at the discretion of staff). Any display with objectionable music, videos, art, or other media is not permitted and will be removed from the show. The promoter reserves the right to determine what is considered objectionable.
Any exhibitor who fails to follow the written rules and regulations or verbal instructions from the event staff is subject to disqualification and removal from the event. This also includes unsportsmanlike behaviour, excessive profanity, or anything else deemed inappropriate by the event staff.
Event staff reserves the right to alter or modify the rules listed to enhance the event.
