Horses must have a negative Coggins Test for current year 2011. Proof of liability Insurance in the amount of one million dollars is required. In order to receive your gate passes, please submit your entries to the above address 2 weeks prior to the fair. Registration papers must be available for verification for Classes 1 to 10 between 8:00 am and 9:30 am the day of the show. All exhibitors must be paid up members of the Mountain Township Agricultural Society for 2011. A $10.00 membership fee will be deducted from the prize money for the 2012 membership. Entry fee is 15% of prize money won. A class may be changed by the Committee for the following year due to lack of entries. Judging on the Line Classes will commence at 10:00 a.m. sharp on Sunday, August 21nd, 2011.

- Brood Mare: mare that shows evidence of being in foal or has raised a foal during the current year. The Exhibitor is required to show the mare with the foal at foot or registration certificate of the foal must be provided if the foal is not shown.

- FUN: Draft horse riding class. First year for this, so show the crowd that draft horses can look great under Western or English saddle. Make it fun and dress yourself and/or your horse up in a costume if you wish. Each exhibitor is allowed two entries and receives $30.00 for participation. Best presentation receives a special donation.
